Loom Types & Efficiency

Air Jet, Picanol gamma loom, Somet rapier loom with an efficiency of 450 rpm where there is an output 140 to 380 Yds per days production / loom based on Quality we have 72 in numbers of loom’s all together with an production efficiency of 5 to 6 Lak Yds of Quality Fabric in a month., including 5 Sectional Warping with 1 Sizing & 2 Direct Sizing m/c which has an efficiency of 75% job work open capacity

Dyeing Types & Efficiency

As we are aware of our customer needs & there regulations we have an tie-up with limited dyeing units which has an proper setup of recycle plant and has a capability of maintaining Azo free certified dye chemicals which will overcome all test parameters as we supply fabric to various premium labels we are in the practise of maintaining RSL by attending various training sections & keep update with our technical team to achieve Reach regulations etc and the units are also certified with Organic & Oeko tex

Procurement

As we have a good efficient looms we are forced to procure Compact yarns for weaving to avoid unwanted stoppage ( breakage ) in loom this improves our production output where we have specific Count allotted to a particular Spinning mills which is nominated with us .,
And we work on certified Cottons like .,

2. Organic Blends OCS
3. BCI
4. Recycled Yarn GRS
And we also make sure that we don’t procure yarn from the mill which is made out of Cottons sourced from certain Province like Uzbekistan & Xinjiang

Our Focus towards Sustainable

We focus more into organic based fabric in form of Fibre to Fabric, Yarn we use Organic & BCI In terms of Dyes we work on Natural & Mineral form of Dyes in both Yarn aswell as in Garment, and ready coloured Yarns which are taken from the Preconsumed waste (Recycled Yarns) which prevents the environment in terms of preserving water and pollution., and we are wide open to do any new sustainable products from the inputs we get form our Valuable Buyers
